Our History

Founded in 1938, the Manila Board of Realtors, Inc. (MBR) has been at the forefront of professionalizing the real estate industry.
As a proud member of the Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards (PAREB) and a recognized institution in the field,
MBR upholds the highest ethical standards in real estate transactions.

Our mission is to instill in our members the pride of belonging to a dynamic, responsive, and highly respected organization by:

   •  growing membership and enhancing friendship;
   •  promoting career development through education and     business networking;
   •  engaging in projects for real estate service and development     concerns; and,
   •  interacting with other service organizations and industry     partners.
   •  enforcing the Real Estate Service Act of the Philippines or     Republic Act No. 9646
